    Q. When I enter the wrong hits on a target (like Alpha-Charlie that should
    be Alpha-Delta), how do I start over?

    A. Just tap the target number (like T1 or T4, or whatever). That resets the
    entire target to zeros.

    Q. Why do I tap target hits to increment, but the main score form (with
    the time) is different?

    A. The target scoring works easiest with just tapping, but the main score
    form works best with the numeric keypad. The form starts with the Time as
    having focus, just enter the time. If there are multiple strings, tap the
    next time so that it has Focus, and use the keypad to enter the time.
    The other items on the main score form behave the same. When you tap
    them, they reset to zero, then use the keypad to enter the correct number.
    In testing, we had the steel (for example) be incremented just like targets.
    It didn't work too well. If there were 6 or so steel targets, the scorer
    usually tapped too many times, and had to start over! This has all been
    field tested quite a bit. So, the targets just tap to increment, the main
    form is controlled with the keypad.

    Q. I signed up for the match in Single Stack, but in the Palm I'm listed as
    Limited 10. Why is that?

    A. The interface from EzWinScore to Palm software was created before
    Single Stack was a "real" division. That download from EzWinScore to
    StageScore will be corrected in a future EzWinScore release, but rest
    assured, what is in EzWinScore is what really matters, as that is where the
    match finals are completed.

    Q. Where can I get Palm Desktop and HotSync Manager?

    A. Go to www.palm.com The site changes from time to time, but for now:
    Click support, then view all devices, then tungsten, then TX. You'll see the
    download for Palm Desktop 6.2 and Hotsync manager (windows). That's the
    one you need. It works with XP or Vista, required version for Vista.
